Despite both having a heavy head cold, Josie and I decided to adopt a 'kill or cure' approach, and travelled to the seaside for some bracing sea air!

Suffice to say, we both felt the benefits of a warm, late Spring day, but now I have a glowing red head to complement my bunged-up face!
