Orrell Water Park

We've not visited the Water Park for quite a while, so on a sunny May day we had a good walk all around the reservoirs and up into the surrounding fields of Billinge.

The crops of John Alker's fields are growing nicely, the reservoirs are alive with water birds, their growing families and some massive Carp splashing about, and the Spring colours are bright along the well-maintained country paths!
