Up To Wintery Snowdonia

I took a day trip to Snowdonia, North Wales and the National Trust area known as Glyderau (after the Welsh for 'heap of stones').

This spectacular area of Mountains and Lakes is just off the A5 road that passes through the heart of Snowdonia, so is very easily accessible, and the paths up to Llyn Idwal from Llyn Ogwen are very well maintained.

I used my Fuji X-T1 with two different lenses, the 10-24mm for wide shots of the whole scenery, and the 55-200mm for detailed close-ups of the distant rock faces.

I've divided the blog into three sections; black and white, views and details.
